/ mythology day by day

The project “Mythology Day by Day ” is a collective work, inspired by the interviews and drawings of the residents of Arnouville, Écouen, and Sarcelles.
Through a series of drawing workshops held in various local institutions—working with children, teenagers, adults, and seniors—participants were guided through a narrative exploration of their memories, their community, and the cities they inhabit.
They created mythological characters inspired by themselves, invented imaginary and symbolic architectures, engaged in self-narration, depicted daily life, and dreamed projections of their cities. Each drawing was collected and analyzed to compose a grand parade: a procession of mythological beings, living architectures, and individual fears and hopes, all moving in the same direction toward a shared objective somewhere in the future.
The project culminated in an visual and sound installation, a drawn pavilion counting stories that brought together individual works to form a communal narrative, a collective mythology.
